Without Christopher Nolan making movies every two years, theatre would be mind-numbing. What Nolan does to make audiences get so intrigued is from his characters. The characters in this film are performed beautifully by some of my favourite actors, and they make the audience believe the story is factual. The best part about "Inception" is how Nolan is able to hypnotize the audience, and dispatch us into the dream world, truly making the audience believe they're dreaming themselves. After the ultimate grand dream is over, and all the characters return to the real world, you feel like you were actually dreaming (or watching a dream. It was implausible, and spellbinding to watch. Yes, this film was extraordinarily brilliant. My favourite scene in the entire film was when the van was gradually falling off the bridge, relating to the dream that everyone in that van was having at that specific moment. That scene was vividly done, but also, the whole movie was vividly done. I could never imagine a movie better than "The Dark Knight, but this one completely dominated over Batman's story, intensity, and acting. Christopher Nolan made, pretty much the greatest movie with the greatest idea ever. Unbelievable.

All the possibilities of today's (2010) technology in service of a thrilling story. Like always with Nolan, there are intricacies, in this case: the dream levels.
Plus, like always, the movie touches the theme of what is reality and what isn't, the relativity of time, it has a clear concept that delivers through the protagonist's actions, and leaves space for your own thoughts and interpretations.
The cast it's as good as it gets and literally everybody is perfect.
You don't need jokes (even less so, cheap ones) every 20 seconds to have a fun movie.
